Clitheroe circular ‘C’ walk – 8 miles with cut-offs to shorten. Led by Amanda
On arrival at Clitheroe, we start the day with a picnic of mulled wine and mince pies.
We then start our festive walk from Brungerley Bridge near Clitheroe town centre. We walk alongside the River Ribble, through parkland and open fields. The walk can be adapted to suit, either 8 miles or shorter. It’s relatively flat terrain throughout.
The circular walk passes through the Ribble Valley Sculpture Trail, which includes 20 pieces of art.
We will finish back at Brungerley Bridge, which is a short walk to Clitheroe centre for refreshments. Led by Amanda.
